“Save time and Order ahead” signs everywhere, yet I ordered 30mins ahead. I get there and the line is to the door, after 15-20mins I finally get my pizza. Everytime I pass the drive thru the line is wrapped around the building. Small parking lot and if the drive thru is too long you will get blocked in.

Friendly Staff. Keeping up with the pace. Super fresh pizza (so how we had to wait to eat it lol). The only complain that I have about this place is that when I went it was super poorly lit. I literally thought it was closed. There just happened to be a van who went in before me (I’m not from the area) and I stayed to see if they got their pizza which they did.. So I went in line and had no problems! Then after people noticed us they begun a line. The inside minus the back area and the outside had no lights.

Service here is ridiculous. Waiting an hour, then told sorry we don’t have the stuff Crust you ordered. Ok? So what have you been doing this whole time back there? Nothing, I’m pretty sure as people came in after me and ordered and got food quicker. Then they offer another pizza, and it’ll only take “5 minutes”. Yeah, right. Takes another 15 minutes for him just to say, we also don’t have the brownies u ordered either. What’s the point of ordering ahead of time online if I’m still waiting over an hour when I get there? The kid at the register looks so lost and doesn’t know what the heck he’s doing. Terrible. Go elsewhere.

Ordered online at 8pm the pretzel crust pepperoni pizza to pick up in the drive through. They told me to pull around in the parking lot for it. It’s 840 by then. I walk inside and I’m told it will be 5-10 more mins longer. I asked about cheese sauce that’s suppose to go with it and I’m told they are out. I get home and received a normal pepperoni pizza crust and all. What a waste of time. Why wasn’t I told this in line? Worst service and it takes forever to get your food.

I made an order online at 4:03 pm and I arrived at the store at 5:10pm and my order still wasn’t ready. I was informed after asking the cashier about my order that my pizzas were just going into the oven. The manager told me that she doesn’t know what is going on because she just got here to work. I finally received my order at 5:22pm and the only reason for the second star is because the food was fresh and hot and right, otherwise it would be a one star for the poor speed. Unfortunately the 30 minutes or it’s free doesn’t exist anymore.

3 try! Ordered online. Provided pickup time. When arrived they never have order ready! Never fails I have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for order when I arrive. That’s on top of the 30 min online provides for your order! Never again! You order online so you don’t have to wait!

Please please please get someone who can run this store. Thus has to be the worst in waiting time. Came her at 4 sat in deive theu 20 minutes pulled out and came inside noone up front to wait on me. I ordered online last week. Stated would be ready at 9:46 – 9:51. When I arrived at 9:52. They said it would be 8 more minutes. 10 minutes later another customer who had already been waiting and I asked about our orders. Employee said “let me check” and just roamed around in the back for about 10 minutes. He comes back up and says “it’s almost ready” so almost 39 minutes later and my food is not ready. I finally received the order at 10:32. They have false advertising, poor time management, very bad customer service and mediocre pizza. Hot n Ready no longer exists. This is not the only location like this. They should be rated 0

I’d like to consider myself a pretty passive person. That’s pretty self centered to say, but really I truly try not to complain about anything. I’ll even eat a wrong order and just move on with life. But I was left waiting for quite a while just for 2 hot and ready pizzas and 1 order of breadsticks that I’d ordered through the app. When I was finally able to get the attention of an employee to ask about them someone simply pulled them out from behind the counter. By the time I got home my pizza was cold and rubbery, the breadsticks were undercooked, and one pizza was more dough than pizza 🙁
