Cute building inside. Pasta is homemade. Friendly staff. I ordered the ricotta gnocchi with 4 cheeses, pro tip, add pancetta, so delicious. My husband ordered meatball and spaghetti so simple yet so delicious.

Went out to enjoy a nice Italian style dinner. Had a espresso martini which was very good. Followed up with a Prosciutto dish with a side of meatballs in marinara sauce.

Great ambiance, service and food. What else could you ask for… Oh the sardines are amazing and if you’re lucky they’ll still have the dungeness crab pasta special.

We have been frequenting this restaurant for 8 years and it never disappoints. The consistency over the years is amazing and our most recent experience was no different. The newer staff is great, Tyler (sp?) our server was excellent, the bartender (did not get name) was on point. Food phenomenal as always. Thank you!

Dined at this Cafe a few years ago when I was visiting my son and the gnocchi were so delicious that the minute a got back to pPortland I had to go again and it was delicious again . I also loved the bottle that the olive oil was in on the table . I ask the server about them and she said that she wasn’t able to find new ones . Well I put my shopping skills to the test and found them for her . If you want know where just leave a comment and I’ll let you know .

In the stylish atmosphere, we had a relaxing time while sipping wine and cocktails . We had Caprese, 1/2 Bread, Bongole and Lasagna, and for dessert, Tiramisu with Americano and espresso.☕ Even though the Bread was 1/2, it was bigger than we expected, each dish was delicious, and overall we were both very happy with our stomachs and our hearts.

I had dinner at this restaurant and the food was Ok. I asked to remove a glass of wine from my receipt which I paid for on a separate card. I tipped the server, who happened to be the GM Erica, on the food receipt. After I left she decided to also give herself a $3 tip on the glass of wine! When I went in the next night to dispute the charge she threatened to call the police because she didn’t like that I was upset. She tried claiming it was a mistake and then asked me why I didn’t tip her! I showed her the food receipt where I had tipped her. I will never ever go back to this place or recommend it. I know it’s only $3 but it’s the point, and I do feel like she stole from me! Erica is a thief! Watch your account after going to this restaurant and make sure they don’t change the tip or add one in! BEWARE!!!

We went here for our anniversary dinner with our two teenage kids and sat outside in the covered patio area. They do take reservations, but not for the patio. The inside space is on two levels, and great for date night or groups of 4 people. There’s also a private dining space next door.

We were able to get right in, just before the rush and tables began filling up right after we were seated. We were seated upstairs. It was cozy and a bit warm. The bench seating was comfy but the chairs were not comfortable for the others in our party. Great drinks and appetizers that got the palate ready for the next round.. For the food, YUM. The ricotta gnocchi is the winner for most at the table but the flank steak with a great chimichurri was a close second but all of the meals were worth it! We took desserts to go and would definitely go back for the Nutella tiramisu.

The atmosphere and the service were great… but the food was just really ok at best. We ordered an appetizer of meatballs, which you could tell had been microwaved by the crunch hard spot on the bottom that happens when certain foods are microwaved. It would have been crunchy in a different way if it had been just over cooked in a pan or the oven. And the marinara sauce that came with the meatballs was bland and sort of watery. The polenta fries were tasty, but the steak was tough and kinda flavorless. I know the kitchen was short staffed that night, and the delay really didn’t bother us… it was just that the food was really mediocre. I would only go back if I just wanted wine and polenta fries.
