Just got served COLD chicken sandwich and barely warm fries. I should have known when I was at the ordering window and in the middle of placing my order the girl helping me said “wait wait wait” and left me sitting there for a few minutes. No explanation. I won’t be going back.

I’m not sure what’s really going on here, but I have to say I’m a fan of Burger King and this one sucks. Not sure why but food is flavorless, hamburgers cold although presentation looks nice . You would think for as long they take to make a your food it would at least be good .Someone needs to look into this issue everyone was pumped up about the new establishment and now ,everyone’s losing faith . FIX IT!!! Complaints are starting to pile up .

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!Had to repeat my order twice and they still messed it up I pulled up to both windows and they still had it wrong! They also tried to make me pay for extra fríes that i never asked for ! And not just that but when I resived my food my “order”was cold ?! They charged me for sauces and didn’t even give them to me :/ Also the soda was infused with more water than gas ! And after I opened my bag while I was in the drive trough still there was no sauce and as I mentioned I was charged for it so I was expecting them and when I asked the lady she said “I estos que mas quieren” basically means “and what do “these”people want” I won’t be going back to this location anymore horrible way to start of the opening and I recommend stopping by at the McDonald’s next door they won’t mess up your order 🙂

They need to step it up, they are a new establishment so I suppose that is their excuse. We have gone a handful of times since they opened. We really wanted to like it because we were tired of Mcdonalds as our main fast food place. The food is “ok” but there is always something wrong with the orders (missing things, wrong things, etc).

I had to repeat my order back to her twice and my gf order i don’t know how many times in the Drive-Thru. When we pulled up to the window to pay she asked me if 2 different orders were mine i said no she asked me to read the order to her AGAIN… i said that’s your job not mine but I’m not repeating my order a 3rd time I’ll just go somewhere else

I dont understand it, everyone was excited to get burger king in zillah and it literally takes 30 min to get through the drive through. I called the manager and she said its because everyone is new. Yet this place has been open for months. I love burger King but this place hasn’t changed since opening. Figure this out guys….please. people are begging

I ordered a whopper without the meat, and got a whopper with meat. I went back through the drive thru and told them I needed one without the meat and the guy was arguing with us saying his cook said he didn’t put meat on it. Like seriously, do y’all think I carry a meat patty in my purse just to get free food? Ridiculous service.
