I was very disappointed in my order and hate leaving bad reviews but felt this was necessary. Our pizza was undercooked and torn apart- like it fell at some point during delivery. I question if the cinnamon rolls were even cooked- I played it safe and didn’t feed them to my family. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the bread sticks were ok, cold but ok.

Whoever was the closing manager on 5/25 was EXTREMELY rude. I pulled up to the window at 9:37pm to place an order. The lady greeted me by saying “how can I help you” before I could even finish my sentence, she interrupts me and says WERE CLOSED. I pull off and go to the McDonald’s next door and I look up the Google operating times and it said you all were open until 10pm. I decide to go back to ask why she didn’t and wouldn’t take my order and she says they stop taking orders at 9:45. I said well mam I was here before 9:45, it’s 9:45 now. And showed her the time. She then states well we shut everything down because there hasn’t been an order since 9:30. Can you explain what that has to do with me? Before I could even ask to speak with the manager she states she’s the manager. I asked to speak with another one and she said well that’s not gonna happen tonight. I had an extremely long day at work and to receive that type of customer service just because she wanted to go home early and close on time is absolutely WRONG.

Ordered online on the app and for some reason it changes my address to something completely wrong. After my husband realizing this we called in right away only to get no answer even after calling 5-6 times. Delivery driver luckily reached out to us because the address wasn’t even a house number. If it was my pizza would’ve went to someone else because I have the no contact option selected. Really should have someone to at least answer your phones in case someone calls you. I called the order line and got transferred to someone who didn’t speak English very well and she kept saying my address was right on her end and I kept saying its the one in my profile on the app that the order was saying it was a different address. Frustrated I asked her to try and get me through to the store and what a surprise the phone never answers and just disconnects. The one pizza was really undercooked so I had to throw it in the oven for it to really be edible. Really disappointed with this order

Worst Pizza I have ever had in my entire life I am 69 years old it was nothing but oil oil no taste whatsoever of oregano in the sauce or on the pizza anywhere the dough was lousy it was the worst I’ve ever tasted and they call an eight cut Pizza a large it was only 12 in in diameter what a ripoff I’ll never go back there again I was told that they had really good pan pizza and I thought I’d give it a try never again the worst I’ve ever tasted I ruined a good shirt when I picked up a piece of pizza and the oil was actually running off of the pizza off the bottom of the pizza it had pepperoni which really had no flavor and also the green peppers where you could see through them they were so thin again no flavor all I could taste was oil I ain’t my dog wouldn’t even eat it there’s too much oil never again worst investment I’ve ever made I will never return to any Pizza Hut ever they can’t compare to anyone else any any type of pizza shop is better than Pizza Hut let me tell you they’re the worst and for a pan pizza it wasn’t even cooked all the way through the bottom was still raw dough they put too much oil in them pans shouldn’t put any oil in those pans at all like I said the worst
