I’ve never been here before but WORST experience ever. Pick up time was 6:21. The sandwiches were made but we had to wait on fries- they were giving out fries to numerous people that came in after me (doesn’t make any lick of sense). 20 MINUTES LATER we were given fries and our hot sandwiches sat so we asked if hey, can you make these fresh please? And we were told ‘we can’t do that’. Now we’re home, $30 dollars later we have some soggy, and I mean SOGGY, sandwiches and mediocre fries. I understand being busy but customer service 0/10. Time management 0/10.

Very tasty subs – my favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak, with the Dagwood and Pizza sub close behind. Kinda pricey, so I usually only go there with a coupon. If you sign up for their email club, they send you coupons/deal notifications every few months, and really good coupons every few months. Delicious lemonade, too.

The Brooklyn location and Parma Heights are the only Penn Station’s I go to. They both are the best! Quick friendly service, hardly ever mess up my order, everything is always fresh, they’re never out of lemonade, dining rooms are always clean, etc. The best cheesesteak out of all sub chains in the area!
