Wow, very impressive service, authentic words when they greet us. Loved Special Ramen called Cha Cha Cha, very rich in flavor, Jessi our server was great.

We ordered 6 noodle bowls to go and they forgot to pack us the broth. We live 2hr away from BH so there was no way we could have came back to pick up the missing broth. How are you supposed to eat noodles without broth? Please be more careful.

I was hoping the new edition to ameristar would be as good as some of their other food but for the price it was mid at best. Waited so long for the food I switched to being take out and when I ate it it was tasteless. Just bland food for a premium price. I will go back to the other restaurants in the casino!

Took my daughter there on opening day and then again over the weekend. Great service! Staff was attentive, checking in and making sure my toddler and I were taken care of during our meals. My daughter loves noodles, so the kids meal is a no brainer. I had ordered the Cha Cha Cha ramen and cauliflower, then the curry and cauliflower my second time there. Both times food was delicious, looked amazing and I left happy and full. Obviously, being there opening day as well as their first weekend, IT’S BUSY, which means there might be a wait either for a table and/or food. I’ve never opened a restaurant or worked in a restaurant, but I have enough of an understanding and empathy to know people are working to keep things moving. My daughter was eventually trying to greet incoming guests with the same chant she heard the hostess and staff using! Will definitely be a return guest.

Aug 25th, 2023, Amanda the hostess was belligerent, racist, and lacked customer service. We didn’t even end up getting into the restaurant while our friend was in and eating already. I was able to walk in without any confrontation but my 2 CHINESE friends got disrespected and yelled at by Amanda while trying to do the same thing. They were berated and eventually ended up giving up and left. As a person of color, I don’t respect anything that occurred and hope for changes in the future. There are many other options to eat at Ameristar.

The best food you can find, the price is a bit high but it’s worth it since here in the mountains it’s hard to find food of this type, I totally recommend it Jinya is one of my favorites!
