It’s a fifty fifty shot on weather or not they get your order correct. Last time I ordered chicken bacon ranch loaded fries and they had no ranch on them and then today I get two roast beef sliders And curly fries, the fries were fresh and the best I’ve had from them in awhile but then I get to the sliders and they are cold! The cheese isn’t melted and the meat feels like it was pulled from the fridge it’s so cold! Save your money and go somewhere else! You can’t even call to talk to anyone because they don’t answer their phones!

The food was very disappointing and it was like a bad after thought of eating a burger off someone else’s plate and very greasy. The fries were beyond salty and the chicken wrap was salty. At one time Arby’s used to be good but they gradually have gone down hill and I wouldn’t recommend Arby’s to anyone.

I had the steakhouse garlic rib eye sandwich and it was very small and full of fat. I spit half the sandwich out just in fat. Plus your average VALUE meal is 11-12 bucks now. The portions have gone down and the prices way up! All those people in favor of paying fast food workers $15 minimum, THANKS A LOT!! The restaurants aren’t paying that. They have just passed the expense on to the customers. The place was dirty, trash cans overflowing, and the condiments art stocked up. Everybody wants $15 an hour minimum wage but they want to do about $2 an hour worth of work.

Got 2 of the new garlic ribeye sandwiches. BARELY any garlic sauce. I had 2 bites total that had any hint on sauce. And my 2 yr old grandson could put a sandwich together better than that! Total mess! The sandwich doesn’t have to travel far so my only guess is the cook doesn’t care what he sends out! So disappointing!
