I ordered online & their system had crashed sometime between the time I ordered and arrived to pick up my order. When I got there, they said that the system had crashed and no orders had been received and that I would need to call a number to get a refund. That was alright with me because I understand technology isn’t always reliable. The number I was provided was a nonworking number. So I got online to the chat bot the employee recommended to me & it ended up just being a situation where the wheels were spinning but nothing was happening. While waiting, their systems ended up going back up, so I asked if they could make my food and they said no and that I need to get a refund. Just flat out rejected.

Two on staff chatting with a customer instead of making orders and moving things along. It literally took almost a half hour to get my one burrito bowl paid for with only two people in front of me (ordering a total of three items) and about 8 workers on staff. What happened? One of the two customers/men in front of me decided to start up a friendly conversation with the worker at the front of the line, and proceeded to chat for 10-15 minutes, arms on top of the glass shield and hanging out as if no one else was in the restaurant. The worker and the customer were chatting about their hometown (?) and other things? One worker waiting for them to be done, could tell this was not appropriate (not the time or place) and that I was waiting for a long time, and eventually apologized to me once they moved down the line. After my bowl was made, which took no more than two minutes, it sat there on the counter waiting to be rung up for another 10-15 minutes while the same customer in front of me got chatty again and flirted with the worker (woman) at the cash register. I stood there in disbelief as the minutes went by. I considered leaving without paying or dropping cash on the counter and grabbing my bowl to go. I was watching the clock because I needed to be somewhere else before 8pm (it was 7:15 when I got there and *thought* I had more than enough time). Other customers behind me in line exchanged glances with me, as we all witnessed the worker at the cash register more interested in flirting and giggling rather than getting anyone rung up. I have been in a line at a Chipotle with 10+ customers in front of me, that took less time than this did. Most of us probably go to Chipotle because it’s good food that’s fast. Definitely rolling the dice with this team at this location and time, unfortunately. Went to this location at 7:15pm on a Weds eve (July 12th).

The food portions are always so slim and do not seem proportional to the price. 8/10 times the burrito I get is wrapped so poorly I have to get a bowl to put it in. I wouldn’t go here if I were you. The tables are messy and I usually have to clean them myself to sit down. There are a couple more locations around town where the service is top tier and the food is well portioned and delicious!

I’ve been coming to this chipotle for years and today was the worst experience I’ve ever had (sadly). The restaurant ran out of forks, corn, metal lids and sour cream before 8pm, the tables were all messy, the line was messy, and then to top it all off, my chicken bowl had a bone in it which the employees didn’t seem to care about. The quality of care has really gone down at this location since 2020 and it’s such a bummer! I used to love coming here. Hope it gets better later on :/

The Meridian location is great now! It used to be horrible. Always dirty, slow & out of rice. But new management or something & it’s been back on track to the Chipotle my family knows & LOVES! My family is grateful.

Holy…. Yikes. I’ve never experienced such horrible service. We waited for literally an hour. Which was stupid of us but at this point it was comical to everyone watching these 10 employees do the least while there was a line out the door. They were only working on online orders and just staring at us. It was insane. I’ve never seen so many employees with zero social awareness. Top crop. Haha. The place was disgustingly messy. I couldn’t even get the drink I wanted because everything was empty. They didn’t have chips? But then one person saw some and said something, so the guy grabs them for them and then tells everyone else they are all gone but we can clearly see them. If this was a restaurant, you lost like 50 patrons in the span of the two hours that we watched with horror. If it was a comedy show, congrats, one of the best! 10/10 would watch again.

This chipotle used to be my go-to over the others. Food is typically pretty good, but the service is always Eh anymore. Usually, it’s one guy in particular that is not very pleasant at all so we try and avoid, but when we do have to hit this location, I can tell the ones that try their best, do.

The girl with ear rings and brown hair took our order ,very rushed and rude,there was 3 of us and she literally skipped me and took the person after me order. This restaurant has a bad rating for a reason. I told the person at check out that I got skilled but no one seemed to care.

I ordered a burrito and a quesadilla take out through an online order. The food was ready on time, but the quality of the food was sub-par. The rice in particular in the burrito was dry, almost hard. The quesadilla was tasteless,the chicken old and stiff. Much of the steak was chewy, and the even the chips were doughy and undercooked. I have been to several Chipotle’s over the last few years, and this one always manages to disappoint. I don’t know if it is general apathy from the staff or poor management; either way, everything about this particular store is inferior.
