this location is the absolute worst, they never give me what i ask for and the food is constantly cold in the middle. my latte is always literally white and tastes like syrup and milk but they are always so adamant that they put the espresso in there or that “it’s just the machine” absolute lies, i’ve worked at dunkin in the past i know what it looks like when you forget to add it in. im sticking to honey dew from now on cause at least they don’t forget the espresso in my LATTE. so disappointed.

I was out for a walk when I found myself a little too far from home; while I had become parched from the blistering, unforgiving heat wave, it dawned on me that my wallet was at home. As I passed by this DD, I decided to see if the restaurant would be willing to give me some ice water free if charge. Surely enough, Jaylynn came to my rescue! Terrible! this Dunkin NEVER gets my order right, my coffee is always wrong and they always forget something but they don’t forget to charge you for what they forgot to put in the bag. Most of the workers are rude even the Manger is always miserable and rude.

Dunkin is Dunkin, I use to love this location but the last year or so there has been a huge turnover. Sometimes you’re ignored at the counter, and the drive thru takes forever. 2 cars in front of me, 1st goes quickly, then at least 3 minutes b4 the 2nd ordered a meal for 10. Total time in drive thru was 13 minutes. That’s a long time.
