Had Doordash a BBQ platter and a chicken for my wife and I have ordered many times before never had this problem..but tonight my BBQ plate was super poorly put together and only gave 1 small burnt spair rib and 2 very small peices of chicken shreded..this plate is always nice and full.

Cam here Tuesday around 5:30 for the BBQ katsu mix. The food gave me and my mom severe food poisoning. As a pregnant woman it sent me to the hospital and now I will never go to a Ono again and advise everyone to choose a different location.

The staff here are very helpful. They had great communication with me and tried to explain and make sure they got my order right. Also they let me know that their ticket machine was not working and apologized for the long wait and gave me a couple drinks to compensate for my patience.
