Starbucks offers a variety of coffees, teas, and food. This location was clean, staff was awesome, and the setting was great. Smaller tables outside and a nice seating arrangement inside. Definitely recommend if your in the outlets and need a quick cup of joe.

My husband and I have been traveling around this country for the past year and a 1/2 and this was the worst customer service I ever received at a Starbucks. 1st I walked in to go to the restroom and there’s no toilet paper! So I stepped out and tell the girl behind the counter that they need toilet paper. I then walk over to the other lady who wouldn’t serve me any coffee because she said the person getting the toilet paper is the only person in the store that could ring me up. I then walked out of the store. You probably should start cross training your employees before more people walk out.

There was a mixup with my milk and I didn’t realize it til I was long gone (we both confirmed that I was getting oatmilk but then the drink had almond milk) but as a barista myself I can tell it was an honest newbie mistake. Everyone was super nice, plenty of seating. No A/C so I’m praying for the baristas during this holiday season

It seems that the employees of this location have a hard time listening. I asked for a cold pumpkin spice latte, simple right? The drink of the season. They gave me a hot PSL.
