Ordered a pretzel crust and received a regular pizza with an enormous amount of salt all over the pizza. Went back and was given the exact same thing again. Obviously, this shop has no idea what a pretzel crust looks like and I just opted for a hot n ready pizza without my $3 refund.

First I would like to start with saying the employees were great! The drive-thru is extremely awkward! I believe all of our problems ultimately resulted because they’re short-staffed. When we arrived the doors were locked so we couldn’t go inside to pick up our on-order. By the time we got back in our car the cars in the Drive-Thru were blocking our vehicle. By the time we got into the drive-thru line we were five cars behind and several had already left. Unfortunately that caused our order to be sitting there waiting for us even though we could not get to the window to pick it up by the time we did 25 more minutes had passed.

County livin’ at its finest. This was the first Little Ceasars I’ve seen with a drive thru. The two ladies behind the counter at 7 pm were fast and friendly. We were just “passing thru town” and thank you for being there when my family needed you.

The IQ level of this store is probably in the negative. Asking for just a pepperoni pizza and keep getting told “I don’t have the thin crust”when it wasn’t what I was even trying to order. Service is slower than anywhere I’ve ever been.

Used to love coming here, but they don’t know how to run a drive thru after 8:30pm and they “lost” my pizza that I had a receipt for. Not sure how you do that, but they pulled it off.

Fair warning, since the manager can’t be bothered to post it on the door or window, they lock the door at 9pm and all services are only available through the drive-thru. The manager chooses instead to gesture rudely to the window if you come to the door.
