Went here for a quick take out lunch and the line was fairly fast, but the fact that I was hungry and the shrimp basket was so dry, turned me off and I was not too pleased with that. Also, please try and give customers their payment method back before you hand the food out..most people are hungry and will be too busy checking their meal and may just pull off. Customer service was fine.

First time trying their 8pc nugget combo with mac n cheese. Texture looks crunchy but it’s a soft crunch. The macaroni and cheese is delicious but unsure why I only got a scoop of it. Overall, the meal was delicious! I’ll definitely eat here again!

One of the ladies had a nasty attitude about me checking on my order. I was the only one in the drive thru and I wanted to make sure they gave me two sauces for my 5 piece tenders and they didn’t. I felt discouraged so I kept driving. The food was stale: the French fries and the tenders. The only things good were the biscuit and the strawberry biscuit. Not worth the prices for their attitudes or stale food. They probably just reheated food sitting out all day.

As I walk into Popeyes they immediately tell me “Drive thru or ONLY online orders”, I’d sat down and made an online order; which I was unable to select dark/white meat. So after ordering online I asked them if I could have only dark because I wasn’t given that option… the manager turned away with no response at all. I wasn’t being rude at all. So as I wait for my food and others come in to order… they began taking orders but I’d had to SIT AND ORDER ONLINE. I didn’t receive good service. I understand fast food can be quite stressful but this was utterly ridiculous.

Terrible customer service and long wait. The young lady was very rude almost throwing the bag of food at me. I asked for more ketchup after only getting 3 with a large order of fries and she stared at me before saying we don’t have anymore ketchup rudely letting the door close. Worst Popeyes Experience!!!

Very disappointed both ladies on the window had nasty attitudes I ordered a family meal at 8:45pm spicy they First Lady said they where out of spicy she can do mix I ask will it be discounted she told me no!!!! I ask her why would she charge me for mix chicken when they are out of spicy that’s not my fault she turned the speaker off after telling me she was not going to argue with me I pull around to the window she still had a attitude very nasty at the window and wanted to argue with me and ask did I want it or not I told her with that service I’ll pass the other lady told her close the window nobody got time for that!

5:50 in the afternoon and lobby is closed, only open for online orders and drive thru. Majority of the people that live in garden city don’t have vehicles so you can imagine how this affects poor people that are hungry. Basically telling them you can only purchase if you have a vehicle
