The food here just sucks. My daughter and I both got a whopper, and the tomatoes were so hard and nasty you couldn’t even bite through them. Just doesn’t taste good period. This has happened every time I’ve been in the last few years ((which wasn’t many)) No matter what I’ve ordered it’s been over priced and not yummy at all. The other night I ordered 2 whoppers + 1 Medium Sprite = almost $17.00!!!! NOT going back.

The person who helped me at the window was very rude and this was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a drive thru. I had a coupon for a meal I was using. Didn’t have the paper copy with me, just a pic of it on my phone. He wouldn’t honor it, said he needed the physical paper copy. I get it, they have to follow company policy so nothing wrong there, I wasn’t really upset about that. He took my card as he was saying that and said he had to charge the full amount (which he didn’t say what it was even). I asked if he can honor the coupon and said “nope too bad, sorry nothing I can do” in a very dismissive tone. I told him I’ll just cancel the order then if they can’t honor the coupon , but he still charged me. I asked if I can have my card back and he said after he runs it again for a refund. As I asked why he charged me to begin with he just shut the window on me and then gave me the card back a minute later. I then asked for a receipt to make sure he did the refund, and he closed the window on me again. I waived to get his attention lol and he opened it and I asked nicely for a receipt which he did give me. Maybe they should train the employees a bit better, there’s a nicer way to treat customers. I totally get it, you have to follow protocol and you should! But speak nicely to customers and explain things vs shut the window in their face as they’re talking to you still. Very disappointed, sadly I won’t be using this location again to order, very poor customer service!

I visited this location for the first time and was very impressed. There was only 2 people running the whole place. The lady in the drive thru was so nice and professional. She let me know that they were short handed but that she would have my order ready as soon as possible. I don’t know who they were but they need a raise! My order was right and I got my food very fast! I have waited way longer and had incorrect orders from places that were fully staffed.
