I ordered two drinks, one was a venti quad shot wc mocha, she handed me a grande with 1 shot of coffee… then my daughter ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch and it tasted nothing like it normally does. We had to get to the fields or I would have asked for mine to be remade. When she asked me if I wanted an extra shot I said no I want a quad shot. If she was confused she could have asked.

I don’t like the new implementation of servers saying “friends” constantly. I don’t know you , we aren’t friends. If you like ask my name and then we will be on a first name bases. “Friends” is an aweful idea. Wings were awesome and huge!!

Their coffee is not good at all. The last 3 times I’ve gone it was terrible. After the first time it wasn’t good I decided to give them another shot thinking it might have been on off day, new barista, etc but then the following 2 times ot was bad as well. Seriously overpriced for the substandard quality. The coffee always either tastes burnt or watered down. I’ll stick to my locally owned coffee shops from now on. Sorry, Starbucks.

The service here is terrible. After 2 visits in 1 week, I will not return. I go to Starbucks for the pumpkin bread. The first time I was told they shut the oven down at 6pm. Hours are posted closing time is 7pm. The second time at 5:00pm the oven was shut down and the gal said she was closing early. Also very rude.

The staff here is efficient, personable, and fun to chat with while you wait for your drink. They remember your face and always go the extra mile for their guests; for instance, they always make conversation with my 3-year-old son and make sure his drink isn’t too hot. I’ve never had a single bad experience here, and I always feel comfortable bringing my kiddo with me.

Barista took mask off to sneeze. Sneezed three times while making my drink with mask off. She then proceeded to blow her nose, didn’t wash her hands, then used her bare, dirty ands to put my lid on. I just left the drink on the counter and left the store. I can’t imagine ever going to Starbucks again.
