Delicious meal of cabbage/carrot/potato, collards, yellow split peas, red lentils and salad served on injera bread. Eat with pieces of bread as utensil. Filling and fun. Gracious waitress. Nice atmosphere.

I’d eaten here before when in town for work, and it was good enough I really wanted to come back years later. Still delicious. Definitely worth a trip.

I enjoyed the experience of this restaurant so much! They serve and prepare their food just like in Ethiopia and eat with our hands using the crepe-like “bread” to do the scooping and gathering. They also have their store next door so you may purchase the spices and lentils and such. Such a good ending to the day!

Awesome food and service. Upon arrival there’s authentic Ethiopian music playing an the smell of Ethiopian coffee being brewed. Majority of the clientele is African based so the authenticity is there. The servers has informative insight on what to order for first timers and quick service. Absolutely my favorite.

Food was amazing. It was not much different than the other Ethiopian restaurants I have been to..great atmosphere. Dont get upset with the location. Service was good. The best part is the fresh snacks made by a lady there. She was nice enough to explain what it was and let her to try it..I would highly suggest this place to you if you are curious to check out some good Ethiopian cuisine..

The restaurant inside has an African charm. Well, I have never been there. But from my vlog/ documentary watching experience I felt that a jolly bar like casual vibe is much close to an African, rustic vibe. When we were there, there was no ethnically different people, other than Africans. Later on a white couple arrived, but it seems the place is mostly catered for African people. So their food must be authentic. The service is super slow. The lady didn’t bother much to serve us. However, the food was good. Both of us shared an entree where beef, spinach, lentils, etc was being served on top of injera ( African bread made from rice/ tapioca? ) in other tables people were having a fried fish, which looked to yum! Next time I am going to try that. Overall, we liked the place and wish to go back soon.
