When I called to place my order I ordered my son a BLT sub the lady proceeded to ask me do I want lettuce and tomato with that. Red flag number one. Then the delivery driver supposedly came and claims that he called and I didn’t answer the phone. He did not call I had the phone right next to me if anything he called the wrong number. So instead of knocking on the door where my son is waiting in the living room with the card to pay he brings the food back to the restaurant and the restaurant calls me and tells me that they will not send my food back that I have to come and pick it up. So I sit and wait because the lady said okay I’m going to send him back and no food. I call again and the man who picked up tells me that the food is still sitting there. And you expect me to pay for cold food. Mind you half of the order was french fries you’re going to give me cold soggy fries for your driver’s mistake. Pizza Heaven 2 really needs to get it together.

Just tried this place for the first time and it was AMAZING! I got a pepperoni slice and 2 sausage slices, one of the slices was huge they basically gave me 2 for 1. It’s nothing like any pizza i’ve had before idk what it is about it but it was DELICIOUS. Ive never left a review before but I thought they were super sweet and I hate to see all these bad reviews. On top of everything it was only $9 for all that and it fed me and my girlfriend. Hope to come back and will be recommending to others. 5 stars.

I have been to so many pizza places in new haven but pizza haven 2 stands out! They have the best pizza in town! I go to SCSU and they gave me a special discount and also the pizza that I ordered was exceptionally welldone and tasted like heaven! I am totally satisfied with all the money I spent at the restaurant! I recommend everybody to stop by this Pizza place and try their pizza! Trust me you’ll not regret ♥️

I just ordered a PLAIN bacon cheeseburger and some chicken fingers. It took the driver just under an hour to get here, okay I can deal with that. I get outside & he says he grabbed the wrong order and had to go back and he would be 5-10 minutes as I live right around the corner on Fountain. 30 minutes later he gets back, doesn’t have change, the food is cold AND not plain as you can see. Don’t get food from this place, I never am again. I wish I could give negative 2 stars.

Called in to place an order as a first time customer, the lady over the phone asked me for my address and proceeded to ask me my payment method that being if I was paying cash or card. In which i replied “I will be paying cash” she then tells me that I have to pay with card over the phone being a first time customer. I told her I didn’t have my card on me, she then told me she can no longer take my order, we then hung up. I feel as though this is super unprofessional because how can I trust giving my card information to a business ive never step foot in.

DO NOT EAT HERE THESE PEOPLE GAVE ME FOOD POISONING. it was the only thing i had eaten all day. when i called to tell them what had happened and asked for a refund the manager told me “well how are you paying for your hospital bill if you need a refund?” assuming that i don’t have health insurance which is freaking outrageous. “there’s nothing i can do about it” “do you think a refund is going to make you feel better?” he said that the food comes pre-cook and they heat up and serve it which leaves room for bacteria to grow on their food. the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE AND INSENSITIVE despite me telling him i had to go to the hospital the next morning from eating their food. i spent $50 worth of food at this place just to get sick and end up in the hospital. such a shame, absolutely ridiculous! he wouldn’t give me his name either, just terrible, unprofessional, and DIRTY. i couldn’t call them until after i left the hospital because i was too weak to do anything which i explained to him but he said “i don’t care there’s nothing we can do for you.” i still haven’t eaten going on 34 hours now because of them and it is unbelievable.

I used to worked in the one in Meriden on west main and they are fire but the one on New Haven I don’t know what the fkk are they or if they don’t have communication I don’t know I order for delivery and got the wrong pizza, definitely need to pay more attention and have more communication

I used to love this place I’ve ordered hundreds of times over the years and would’ve rated 5stars but now with their huge price increase and lack of toppings you pay for leaves me to leave 2 stars. And the pizzas are smaller this all happened within last 6 months
