I had The Good Burger with a tomato bisque for my side item. It was legitimately the best tomato bisque I’ve ever had. The flavor was out of this world. The burger was really good. It wasn’t terribly greasy and the blend of flavors was rather nice. I’m not sure what the “greenish jam” is but it was definitely tasty adding a uniqueness to the burger. The staff was incredibly friendly and the place was clean. It sits inside a good hall at the Seattle Center Armory which lends to a different kind of ambience.

I was a bit disappointed by the food. They looked so good presentation wise but didn’t love the jam on the burger. I just thought for 20.50 per burger that they would be tastier. My sons got the ones with bacon on them and were kind of meh. I got a salad that wasn’t fresh with my burger that was dowsed in vinaigrette. The staff was friendly and helpful though. Maybe I caught them on an off day?!

I had the chicken and waffle and it was bomb!!! The chicken was nice and tender with a very crispy outside. The waffle was soft and sweet and they didn’t charge extra for syrup or anything. The building was actually evacuated right before I ordered and even with that interruption they got it out to me super fast once we were allowed back in.

Great fried chicken Sammy and fries with beer. Mark was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable. The counter is right next to the exit to the Monorail at the Seattle center

I absolutely loved the fried chicken sandwich from this restaurant! The chibatta bun, the perfectly fried chicken thigh, and the jalapeno aioli with kale was fantastic. It was so flavorful. I will crave this sandwich and have to return for another. This was my first time at this restaurant in the Seattle center near the Seattle space needle. I also got the ceaser side salad with it. I love ceaser salad and this dressing was really good as well! Super impressed! The service was also of note and fantastic. The person who took my order went above and beyond in telling me about the restaurant and my choices. I would highly recommend this place to others! Loved it and I can’t wait to go again!

Skillet is a popular restaurant in Seattle with a few different locations. This one is inside the Armory within the food court area. It’s got a bunch of tables and a few counter seats. The food is good, similar to the other locations. Prices are kind of high and portions are decent. The service here is nice but not as quick as any of the other food places within the Armory.

Stopped in for a drink or 2 before KRAKEN game. Not the most competent bartender. Making an old fashioned isn’t difficult is it? Oh well.

So, I went here during lunch hour today, and the staff was very nice and there is a new guy that was later known as being trained. I am adaptable and understanding. However, I waited almost 30 minutes for a Cobb salad. The reason why, I didn’t have my card and Apple Pay and so the manager that knew how to use that System was away from another register. She was extremely kind and apologetic, and so was the trainee cashier but I still think the food was really bad. Once again, all of the staff was kind, even cook, but I want a refund for this. My salad was awful, they forgot the dressing on the side so added my own at home and the chicken thigh and the bacon had a very strange burnt taste. I paid so much for it I ate it. I have eaten at Skillet many times and I was really disappointed for a salad that expensive to have that big of a failure for the proteins. I really want a refund for this, owner or manager. Please reach out to me so I can come and get a refund. I ate the kale because I wanted the health benefits but the proteins were horrible.

We had the Fried chicken sandwich with Jalapeños aoli and the chicken and waffles. They were both excellent! If I had one critique it would be that the chicken fried dark and a little greasy. Otherwise, taste was excellent
