Bad experience with the cashier she was making faces like she wanted to throw up because of and order of a pizza without cheese or pepperoni and she was being disrespectful but at the end of it all the manager made up for the bad experience that’s why I’m giving 5 stars but still some people need to work on customer services! We are usually very happy with the service here. Last night, June 25, 2023, my husband ordered two pizzas online to pick up. After arriving, he still had to wait 30 minutes after his assigned pick up time. There were 5 other people waiting as well. It would have been understandable IF the workers were busy, but they were goofing off and playing around and NOT working!

I ordered online and my order was ready an hour late. It was during dinner time so understandably the staff was swamped. One of the ladies gave me a free pepsi to compensate my order being a bit late. The staff was very friendly and i felt they genuinely wanted to make things right. Thanks to the staff for always being friendly and thank you for all your hard work!

This is the worse little Cesar’s location in Garland. I have been to this location several times in the last 6 months and it seems that every time I go there it takes ONE HOUR to get my food. Every time. So do yourself the favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to another location where you will receive your food in 10-15 mins. This location only prioritizes big orders. After I got there a guy placed an order for 26 pizzas and he got them before me and all I ordered was cheese and pepperonis. Additionally the workers don’t like to do anything. The girls at the front were sitting down the whole time laughing and giggling and when someone would ask how much longer all they would say was 10 minutes and roll there eyes. The worse part is that most orders were ready they just didn’t want to get up and bring them out.

Had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to get a refund because they ran out of thin crust and someone made my pizza but forgot to put it in a box. The worst customer service, they always take forever to make an order. They have kids “working” there on their phones, doing who knows what. Zero stars is what they deserve.

Ordered a pizza through the website. Didn’t get a email when order is ready so I went after the estimated time. Went in and told a male worker that who my order was for. I then waited an hour with no update. Then asked and they told me it was already there even though the portal didn’t even have my name listed. She had an attitude and was condescending.

I like ordering here for pick up, they always have my pizza ready and hot. Here a picture of my latest pizza we sure did enjoy it. It has lot’s of cheese inside. These place gets very busy during the weekend or at least on Fridays when we’re passing through here it’s pretty busy I like ordering by phone to get here and quick pick it up but sometimes I come by and they have some ready to just grab pay and go plus they don’t take much longer on making your pizza they give you an estimated time about 15-20 minutes depending on orders but they usually have it before that time I get mine in about 10-12 minutes, people like coming here maybe like me because of the quicker you get your pizzas and because their hot and crunchy or maybe the employees are nice and professional or many other reasons but I like to come here because of all that and it’s also cheaper than other places I like pizza from other places too but these one it’s still cheaper and good and never had any issuesbefore. Well definitely still keep coming here whenever we’re super hungry for pizza and low on budget.
