Our order got mixed up with someone else’s but it was resolved quickly. Clean, family friendly with games for kids. Salad bar well stocked and fresh. Lots of TVs with sports and will change channels upon request. Deep dish pizza was ok. Seemed more like a regular crust pizza. Lots of parking and AC blowing cold, it was 106°F outside.

We eat here often but won’t be back. As we walked in we noticed tons of flies & dirty tables, napkins on the floor. We ordered our food & ordered unlimited salad bar when I received my plate & went to get my salad it was disgusting filled with flies, the dressing had dead flies inside on it. I called one of the guys over & showed him & I asked for a refund for my salad bar, he responded oh no I’m going to need to toss everything out. The entire time we were trying to eat our pizza & wings flies kept trying to get on our food, it was tons of flies in that pizza place.

Dirty looking. Cashier couldn’t get my change right. She tried like twice. Hard to get wrong when screen tells you how much change to return and pizza quality is just off. Little Ceasars taste better and of course, I rarely eat that garbage. Really awful!

The first time I went to this place our food was surprisingly good! Customer service was not that impressive but the taste of the food made up for it. The second time I called in my order and the call center was horrible. But that didn’t matter, I was looking forward to having a great pizza. When I arrived 2 of the employees had this terrible look on their faces that I thought I had done something wrong but it turned out to be that they had burned more than half of my pizza. They still had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to bake me a new one. So unfortunately I had to sit and wait til my second pizza was ready. By the time I got to my daughter’s house, I had my grandbabies crying because they were hungry. One of the pizzas was warm of course and the 2nd one with the stuffed crust was chewy and just awful! It was a shame. I’m not sure if I’m going back.

Ordered a large pizza, gluten free pizza and wings at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night, via phone for takeout / pickup. Was told 30-45 mins to complete the order. Waited 35/45 mins to arrive at this Round Table Pizza. Walked in, no customers in the restaurant no staff. Someone eventually came from the back of the kitchen to advise me that “ they had no dough left “ to make my order and could only make wings / salads etc. Manager wasn’t present to be a Karen at, left his sinking ship for the one cook and one waiter left in the place on a Saturday. Wasn’t given any warning? Or call to advise of no dough? Cmon!

It was ok. Tables were dirty and none of the four employees hiding in back came out. Poor girl running the front and delivering the pizzas to the table. Was sad to see employees having fun horsing around joking in the back and leaving her to pull their weight. Just a shame.

The lunch special is a good value, but upon paying $9 for the individual salad bar for my wife, and asking if it was unlimited trips (understanding that the lunch specials only include 1 trip, which seems fair since you get pizza and a drink), when she went back up for a second plate she was told by a different worker that ALL buffets are a single trip. $9 for a single plate of salad is a complete ripoff!

I love this pizza place. The deep dish pizza is AMAZING. Every time I go with my bf and friends, we get the large size and it’s more than enough for us. It’s a little bit expensive, but it always tastes good so it’s worth the price. Great staff too 🙂
