It’s usually great. But I order one Italian cheese bread at 6:08 p.m.. They didn’t have any ready, which was fine. Guy said it’d be 8-10 minutes, which I also said was fine. Almost an hour later, at 7:02 p.m., I finally get my order. This is after I drove back through, at like 6:45 p.m., handed the guy my receipt and card to just refund my money and cancel the order. He assured me it’d be like 3-5 more minutes, so I agreed. But for tel nobody want to wait almost an hour for something they were originally told 8-10 minutes for.

This is my favorite place to get pizza. Order ahead of time with the app, then drive through to pick up. I’ve never encountered anyone at the drive through window who wasn’t friendly and efficient. You can’t beat the Classic Cheese pizza for the price, and it’s not the only vegetarian option, just my favorite.

Not sure what happened to “hot and ready” Was not greeted when I pulled up to the window ( on more than one occasion) no pizzas ready during the dinner rush when they should be living up to their slogan. Given a beeper and told to go back through drive thru when it beeps. So wait in line, wait to have order taken, wait for food then please wait in line again to pick up! Their customer service has gone way down.

They used to be good but it seems like every time now there’s always a 15 minute wait for anything you try to order, and every worker there has an attitude and treats you like an inconvenience. What happened to hot and ready? Once I got up to the window the woman opened the door and said nothing the entire time, she took my card then handed it back with a buzzer, shut the door and walked away. I understand that working retail is a hard job and people have rough days believe me I have been there, but this is now a constant issue and it’s ridiculous.

Ordered ahead in the app. Picked up in drive thru. There was a slight wait to get to the window, but it was less than 10 min. Employee was polite and friendly. Pizza was hot and fresh. Took a star off because the bread sticks were a little doughy and as my kids called the brrad nubs.

1/20/2023 approximate 2:05 pm Service here today was very poor. Everything on menu they stated they had to fix it which I thought was there job to do is fix pizza but this particular order taker just seemed like she did not want to fix an order of anything. We asked for 3 garlic breads originally but told us it would be a wait . Asked for extra most best cheese and said but it will have to be fixed. Duh! So we just tried to pick something else and the employee stated they can’t put extra cheese on their pizzas ! Is this new thing they started? Then we asked if we could just get the hot and ready pizzas . Nope we couldn’t. They stated they didn’t have hot and ready pizza. Main point here is the cashier just acted like she didn’t want to take an order. So we went to Pizza Hut . Please Little Caesars give these cashiers the tools they need to take orders. We were the only customers there and they couldn’t process an order? (So Pizza Hut got this business today)

Went in to get something to eat as I was trying to figure out what I wanted I saw a female working in the back prepping food she kept pulling out her phone she wiped around her mouth and face she kept feeling on her clothes and still keep prepping food all WITH OUT WASHING AND OR SANITIZING her hands when I brought it up to the MANAGER she just made light of the unsanitary and unhygienic way the food was being handled
