Hopefully it’s item out of stocks but being out of stock of practically all your beverage inventory? I’m fairly certain it’s the only Starbucks for awhile on the Thruway and they’re out of stock of cold brew, frappe bases AND vanilla syrup? Again, maybe it’s just out of stocks but if it’s not- maybe some ordering methods could be improved.

Staff is nice. My order is flawless 99% of the time. However, there are an excessive amount of flies visibly flying around behind the counter and crawling all over the equipment and ceiling. The other establishments in the rest area don’t seem to have that problem which leads me to think it’s a cleanliness issue.

I read some of the other reviews before stopping at this Starbucks close to closing and I wasn’t sure if we should go. I am glad we did! The staff was incredibly friendly, fast, accommodating, and I walked out smiling with some delicious goodies and caffeine in hand. I am not sure what was going on in the past (per other reviews), but my experience here was great! Thought I would post to make sure others know it’s a great pit stop, even 10 minutes from closing.

12:15pm I paid $20.00 for food and a green tea latte and the girl never made the drink. There’s a huge line and I have to get back on the road, I don’t have time for you to fix your stupid mistake. How do you just completely skip someone’s drink order at a Starbucks?! Fire this crew and hire more competent people.

Ordered my usual: Grande flat white. Tasted burnt & bitter. Very disappointing. And an over abundance of flies buzzing around. Kinda gross. However, staff was friendly & patient even though lines were very long. That’s the only thing keeping me from giving one star.
