We go to this zaxbys all the time and it is just not there. We got 2 kickin chicken sandwich meals and the bread was soggy fries was soggy nothing was warm I paid for extra Zac sauce and it wasn’t in the to go bag when I got home. I call up there to speak with the manger and was placed on a 8 minute hold. There is no customer service any more no one cares how to make the food properly and presentation of the food after all paying customers is what keep the lights on. We will be going to the one in Clemson for now on!! District manger and manger do better!!!

Zaxby’s used to be one of the best restaurants, but now you pay $8 for five tiny boneless wings, a little handful of fries, a drink, and some toast that is everything deficient. It’s not worth it for me to go there anymore. Shrinkflation has ruined almost every restaurant.

Food wasn’t that bad but I asked for no fired onions on my salad, showed no fried onions on the recept, yet there was a bunch on my salad. More onions than cheese. Plus they forgot the bacon. Dissipointed as I was the only one in the drive thru with the lobby closed and the employees were on their phones chatting and showing eachother stuff on their phones. Wouldn’t care about that if my food hadn’t been wrong.

I like Zax, it’s an average wing place, nothing like a Buffalo Wild Wings, but ok. The food is pretty good. I really liked the Zensation salad but it was a limited offer. I think its the best salad they made, too bad it was such a short window. Their drive thru isn’t bad, and their employees are always pleasant.

Dining room filthy. No clean tables. Only 2 other customers inside. Had to clean before I sat down. Noticed dust flying around everytime the door opened and closed. Bathroom was a mess as well. You could write your name in the dust on the windowsill. Sat by the window that I couldn’t see through lol… Hot mess. I’ve never gotten bad food. But I’m wondering about the kitchen cleanliness, now… They are hiring. I counted over 8 employees. Just none in the Dining area.
