At what point do the workers realize the tortillas need to be round and have no holes. This is beyond unacceptable to the point it’s comically bad. The facility also could benefit from a few towels, a spray bottle of sanitizer, and a broom.

Oh how the great have fallen. Always loved Pancheros but the quality of the food and the service has taken a drastic and sad decline in the past years. This location in particular struggles a lot with organization and quality service experience. I keep giving it a chance but each time I am disappointed. The food is subpar now not as flavorful and every time I visit there is some service area that goes awry. First time they had no bowls for bowls and wanted to use lids with easily shredded foil as a bowl. Second time they struggled to keep track of whose order was whose and portions were lacking greatly. I don’t know if it’s management or what but with this being one of maybe 2 locations in the area I hope they figure it out. Eat here at your own risk.

Went to grab a couple burritos and when we walked in one of the employees informed us that there was a wait on rice. I am okay with waiting what I am not okay with is being met with an attitude. The way you talk to people makes a huge difference. I get being annoyed but it certainly was not my fault and I did not say a word I was met with the attitude and it made my experience one that will keep me away. I worked in food service for many years and I try and be as compassionate as I can but this workers attitude was just plain not cool and I won’t be back. I know people say that all the time but sincerely I won’t and I am huge on word of mouth.

Horrible first experience. I went there to try some of their food I got two tacos and a burrito which both were very expensive and I ended up only be able to eat half of one Taco and that was it all was wasted because the new guy finished making my food smothered and drowned everything with sourcream and absolutely horribly wrapped my burrito and I wanted so long in line I had no more time to waste so I couldn’t get it remade or nothing but I doubt they would care to make it right anyway

The staff moves extremely slow and the place is very unorganized. 20 minutes for 1 chicken quesadilla 🙁 it’s too bad because their food is good. I just think they need an actual manager to get this place in order.

There is simply nothing better than slamming a burrito with queso from Pancheros. This has been my favorite place to get a quick bite since high school, and remains to be now. The workers today were especially friendly and kind. 11/10!

I’m surprised I haven’t gotten sick eating here. Atmosphere and attitude of the employees is terrible but the food was actually pretty good. Feels like I luck out everytime nothing bad happens here lol. This was a few months ago so I’m not sure what its like now.

I’m a doordash driver. I came into the restaurant to grab my order and 5 employees immediately went on break. 5 people waiting before me. Employees start cooking their own food as priority over the customers. There was no supervision from anyone. It took me 20 minutes to get my order.
