Our food was great! But even more importantly, I’d like to comment on the interactions between the manager and her workers. I’m assuming the Lady working today is the manager, if not, she needs to be. She was so professional yet kind when explaining things to the young men who were working.

We had planned to eat burgers but we saw that restaurant and went to try it. We left very disappointed because the woman who served us had a very bad temper, she treated us badly, she did not charge the full order, they served us things that we had not ordered, in addition to the fact that they gave us all the leftovers of what they fried and in general the attention of all the employees was not friendly. So we didn’t go back.

I, mean, it’s Long John Silver’s. You don’t go for fresh or stellar seafood. You go because you are craving some greasy food your body will have to come to terms with later. However, it was very tasty and the people were wonderfully helpful!

For a Long John Silver’s the food is generally pretty good, and for the most part the staff seems friendly enough, but they’re always out of everything. Instead of making your order it’s easier to just ask what they actually have. I don’t know if the employees just don’t want to work so they say they’re out of everything, if they’re not stocking well, or what, but every time we come here we can’t get what we came for because “they’re out of that, and oh, we’re out of that too.” It seems this store is very poorly managed and it wouldn’t surprise me if they’re out of business again shortly.
