If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Over the past 8 months or so the service has gone downhill. The staff get their nails done so long, the gloves are halfway down the palms of their hands, aka- nasty. If one or all of them are in a poor mood, they voice it. LOUDLY. Or just totally argue in front of the customers then talk trash TO the customers after making our pizza completely wrong on purpose with giant chunks of parmesan then said to get tf out. Y’all need Jesus fr. Also asking for a tip before service is rendered is bad business and looks desperate considering the decline in business due to ignorant staff.

I have to be honest I am a little old fashion. I was deeply disturbed that their bathroom was disgusting. How are you? Cooking in a bathroom is disgusting that you’re using to I think any business that deals with food everything should be up to Code and clean. And when I say accepted to the staff, they agreed that the bathroom was nasty and had no problem with it were even one of the young ladies did not continue making my food and another young lady had to jump in and make it I will not be going back.

I walked in 10 mins before closing time and the guy making pizzas refused to make my pizza. He said that the register was closed down and the store was still unlocked and the BIG OPEN SIGN was still on shining bright!! I work at a restaurant myself and that was biggest load of nonsense I’ve heard in my day. My kids wanted papa murphys but I couldn’t bring them any!!

We normally get pizzas from here and they are good a lot of meat and cheese on top. Today stopped in and when I got home the pizza was not good sauce wasn’t good not sure if it’s changed… there wasn’t hardly any toppings inside the pizza. Called to voice a complaint only to be told that they have new owners. Also the credit card machine ask you to give a tip before service is rendered, we shouldn’t have to give a tip until after we have received service… not a happy customer!

Stopped by to pick up two pizzas that I order often and after paying and putting most of the pizza together I was informed that they were out of a key ingredient and did I want to substitute something that was already in the pizza. You need to inform your staff that the time to tell the customer that you are out of an ingredient is before they pay for the pizza. I certainly did not get what I paid for then had to add my own ingredients when I got home. Not doing this again any time soon.
