Did a mobile order, during lunch at 11am, for Drive Thru, get to window, drinks given and told to go to spot #1. There is no #1 spot in sight, so proceed around building to find there is 2 #1 Drive-thru spots. On top of that, i already paid and ordered before I arrived. The drive-thru was steadily giving food out the window, where I was parked for almost 10 minutes waiting. Customer Service at this location is a joke. At least the fries were still hot.

It’s a McDonald’s. Kind of a universally accepted symbol of American fast food. This one is mildly exceptional because the ice cream machine works most of the time. Watch your drinks, if you order unsweetened tea, they often give you sweet tea.
