Cute little place with a sweet waitress. The fresh salad rolls with prawn and pork were very good. Big and two nice sized prawns and yummy pork stuffed inside. The peanut sauce was a bit runny but tasty. The Pho Ga was good, as well. The broth was very flavorful. Next time I think I’ll try the Roasted Chicken Pho Ga to see what the taste difference is. The chicken in the regular one was a bit chewy, but very tender so I wonder if having it roasted makes the texture different. Overall it was a very good experience.

We had lunch here today and it was delicious! The broth was so flavorful and that is the best experience when eating pho. We also loved that they had a different option for kids. My daughter ordered popcorn chicken and white rice, a perfect option for my picky kid. However, after tasting my pho she was upset she didn’t order her own. That’s huge! Will be coming back and bringing more family.

Wow. Olympia has scored another good Pho spot. I had the beef Pho and it was delicious. I usually add a bunch of sauces but the Pho was flavorful and full of ingredients. I liked that each table had full bottles of hoisin and hot sauces versus walking to a central location to pick it up. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will be coming back.

We absolutely love this place! We have had Pho all over Washington but this is by far the best. We drive a hour a couple times a month to eat here. The staff is amazing and the owner remembers us and so when we come she just asks if we want our regular. We bring all our family and friends here itself absolutely amazing!

I can tell you its the worst pork chop plate that I’ve ever had. The rice was so dry and it didn’t seem very ripe. The fish sauce was not very tasty. And the worst thing is the pork chop. It was so SALTY AND DRY even through I’m a person with a rather salty taste, I still cant eat the second piece. I’m never coming to this restaurant again!

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Combination Pho, and the broth was rich and flavorful. The portion size was generous, ensuring that I left feeling full. Another standout option was the banh mi with grilled pork belly and pickled vegetables and crispy sandwiches. The staff are always friendly. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles. I would highly recommend Thuy’s Pho to anyone in the Olympia area. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu items.

Walked in on a Sunday evening about 5p. 2 other table seated, 2 other tables left dirty from prior customers. Walked to the counter. A teen employee walks from the back, past the counter and says, I’ll be with you in a moment. Comes back out after a couple minutes. He asks if we are for a here for a pick up. We say, we’d like to eat in. And then he directs us to a table and provided menus, then asked if we are eating here. I was confused, he seemed confused..i had to ask, if it was ok, to eat here. I thought maybe they were closing, shortly.
