Hey Carla, or bot-Pizza Hut (owner). Bad, totally preventable issue tonight with my order from Dumas Tx Pizza Hut. I dont blame any one person there tonight, but get this manager some help, please. The customers have spoken and are very frustrated! Just while I was sitting there waiting on my pizza to be remade there were 2 other botched orders. And a medium pizza coming out to a large order! If this team would have paid more attention to detail and what the ordered pizza is supposed to look like then most of these issues take care of themselves. I worked for Laraza back in day at the old Mr Burger building so I do know hectic, fast, fresh, correct orders will take care of your potential revenue and costs associated with remakes all the time. These remake orders will save you a lot of money. Build the team you need, not at the cost of the customer. I just want to see this restuarant succeed.

We ordered two large pizzas! One hand tossed, one pan! We did not get our pan that cost us extra! We gthree toppings, two meat and a vegetable! We did not get one of the meat on either pizza! Then we had to pay more for the cheese sticks because they were out of regular sticks!

We had a mishap when our order dropped out of my hands and hit the ground. We held our breath as the server went inside and came back to say they remake the order. They didn’t have to but they did. Much appreciated!!
