I should have paid attention to the negative reviews, but I wanted to try their new flavor. I ordered the 20 piece boneless, with three different flavors. I only got 12 pieces with two different flavors. Yes, I was missing 8 pieces of the flavor I wanted to try. I won’t be going back, at least not at this location.

They have 2.8 stars for a reason and that should’ve been my reason to not order. But I did! I placed an online order for pickup and now I’m regretting that decision. I specifically requested my fries to be well done, only for them to give me under cooked fries smothered in cheese. What a waste! I also requested and paid for all flats they omitted that request as well. The chicken was old and not fresh. I’m beyond upset. Not to mention I decided to tip them without knowing they was going to screw my order up. They need to get it together. Management has to be terrible and on down. Do better people. Wingstop is too expensive to receive the food they give you at this location. I wish I can leave zero stars because they deserve it.

i see why this restaurant has 2.8 stars i ordered extra well done wings tonight through door dash (door dash orders are always wrong they put these orders together with zero care) does these wings look extra well done ? i orders from wing stop all the time at home in texas this is the first time i couldn’t finish them. by reading all these negative reviews this wingstop location will be closed down soon you can wait on it !

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! They never answer the phone ! I ordered over $70 worth of food and they delivered a completely different order and everything tasted like it had been saturated in butter !! IT WAS DISGUSTING! No flavor just BUTTER sand that wasn’t even a flavor choice! No one answered the phone therefore I couldn’t have my order replaced or request a refund but I am however contacting customer service . Tried to order online, it says they’re not taking online order at this time. Called and was put on hold for over 5 minutes, I figured they forgot about me, so I hung up and called again, now they’re just picking up the phone and putting it on hold without saying anything. This has been the worst wingstop we have ever been too. Let’s start with the terrible customer service.. walking in nobody speaks, and they are nudging each other see who has to come and greet the us, and then says to the employee that “lost the battle “and don’t be rude”.
