I ordered through the app this evening and checked in on arrival. I got notified that my food was ready and on its way out. I waited 5 minutes and then buzzed the intercom. When I told the young lady that my food hadn’t cone out yet, she said that I hadn’t checked in and continued to talk over me as I attempted to explain. Just after I asked for the manager to come out, my food arrived. Your staff needs lessons on dealing with the public.

Sonic staff hear me out: when customers pay $6-8 for candy blasts, we expect candy to actually be in and throughout our blasts. Every time I get one it’s nothing but ice cream. Kind of ridiculous.

Our Sonic on Battlefield Pkwy in Ft. Oglethorpe is always great. The drive thru is usually quick and the person working the window always has a smile. This is definitely our favorite place to get a milkshake or onion rings and if you have the Sonic app it’s even better because you get great deals!
