RIP-OFF and inflexible staff. Hadn’t been here in ages and decided to order pickup to bring home to the kids. I ordered a large plain pie and was told it was $16 with 8 slices. After paying $17 and change for a pie that looks pretty small, I saw the sign that says $10.99 for large with 1 topping outside. I went back inside to inquire and she said I didn’t qualify Bc I ordered a margherita. I said I ordered plain. She got defensive like I was far from being a customer and argued I asked for a Margherita and she confirmed it with me. Oh well, I wasn’t about to get into it so I asked about margherita toppings and she said it had 2, (basil is considered a topping you pay extra for, I didn’t know that). Today our office had a pizza challenge for our St. Patrick’s celebration. We selected three local establishments and had all 100 employees try a slice from each without knowing which one they were tasting. At the end, everyone voted for their favorite. Terrific pizza. I eat a ton of pizza. Infact I am from NJ where many good pizzas originate. This is that good. A hint of saltiness in the dough with a nice touch of sweetness. The mozzarella cheese was definitely well thoughtout and perfect. The sauce right mix of salty and sweet. Jar that stuff up! Its that good. If you are used to good hot NY style pizza, you need to order a pie from here.

I come here at least every two weeks for their eggplant parmigiana. it’s delicious and super authentic, they make it right from scratch. the garlic rolls are also some of the best rolls I’ve ever had! while I haven’t tried any other menu items i’m sure they are all extravagant. give basani’s a try you won’t regret it!
