Had a really, really good time here. If you like darts you’ll love this place. Hard to find a good location to play competitive darts where people aren’t just obnoxiously drunk…people cared about the game. Good times, service was really quick and they were really nice. Can’t wait to go back.

Had great fun, went in with a gang of friends and were enjoyed with darts, ping-pong and pool. The food is delicious and its not too crowded for an weekend. It has late night menu which was great and pretty decent pricing.

I had a disappointing experience at Upper Deck due to a mishandled wing order. Despite reasonable drink prices and a pleasant atmosphere, the 25-minute wait for boneless wings resulted in being served bone-in wings instead. I promptly informed the staff about the mistake and expressed our willingness to settle for the bone-in wings since we were hungry. However, they refused to honor the boneless wings price. It took an additional 20 minutes to receive the correct order. While the drinks and atmosphere were enjoyable, the frustration and lack of attention to detail left me disappointed. Improvement in handling mistakes and addressing customer concerns is needed.

We love Upper Deck. I’m from Buffalo and always so picky about my wings – these are always hot, fresh, crispy, and well sauced. The tots are a family favorite too. It’s a dive bar for sure, with sticky floors, lovely regulars and kind staff. Try the Rochester style wings for a little tang!

Get off the train and head over here for a drink and something good to eat. The staff is always friendly, and the food is always delicious. With weekday specials and plenty of seating and room to social distance. The drinks are reasonably priced and well made. The parking lot can get packed but there is usually a spot opening, and the train station has parking nearby.

The staff are the best. Really laid back atmosphere. Watch sports/news play pinball, pingpong, darts, pool & not positive but maybe air hockey or foosball?? (Don’t quote me on the last two, feel positive I’ve seen them but it’s a huge place with lots going on!!) I know they have league’s & tournaments for darts, pool & I believe poker. Food is excellent.
