The drive-through attendant said a large gravy was included, but when I got home with dinner, it wasn’t there. So I returned and was told it was about $4 extra and not included. Either way, I wanted my gravy without driving 10 miles back and forth twice… The family size box of okra is so small, and the box was barely half full.

It was our first time here and I was bummed out that we missed our exit for where we wanted to go, but spotted Bushes Chicken when we stopped to get gas. This place more than redeemed us, the nice young girl working, the delicious moist chicken, large potions, etc.

People are nice but the food has gone down hill… the chicken taste like it’s been re-warmed up EVERYTIME. The prices are already crazy…soo I’d expect my food HOT and not re-warmed. The rolls are always soggy.

I’m waiting on drive thru. Gave the guy my ordered and clearly gave me partial order with the wrong drinks not even filled to the top where is normally filled up at. I understand you can say it’s just a drink. But when inflation is going up and your not getting your money worth it becomes an issue. If inflation wouldn’t be as bad as it is. I would of been OK.

I have never came in to this Bushs to eat. So I decided to come eat dinner with my family here & get there Tender Tuesday special. Lets just say I will not be coming here again to eat. May be for tea or a gallon of tea sure. Not only did we get tender crums & pieces of tenders & maybe 10 full tenders. I ask for the manager… I said..” Can you please look at my order.” He looked inside & said I get you a few more… No apology..no let me re-do your order..Just handed me 4 full tenders. I ask him how many tenders are in the special he said it suppose to be 16.. I was 2 tenders less.. Not to mention I was not given a receipt to show him all I order. Over all the place seems ok.. Need better maintance on cleaning tables & restroom. My kids enjoyed the free ice cream. I would of gave them 5 but the way my order was handle was horrible.

Really fast service. When I pulled in there were 3 lines of cars around the building. It just felt like a bit if traffic on the highway. The employees are in and out of the store. They cleared the parking lot so fast. The food was all fresh and hot. The chicken strips were great

Wife has lunch here from time to time and we had dinner on a Sunday. Food was pretty good and fresh. Staff were young, friendly, and did well. When wife goes there for lunch, I have never heard her complain, so I’m assuming good food and service during the week as well.
