As Seguin locals we love this place. Anytime we have out-of-town guests, we bring them to Schulze’s. Excellent BBQ (the juiciest turkey I’ve ever had), line moves quickly, totally delicious sides (BBQ beans and baked potato salad are next level), plenty of seating and COLD beer. We are lucky to have this place in our community. Yes, there are other BBQ places in town. This one is our favorite.

The nicest service. Incredible prices! And the best brisket I’ve had in Texas. And gosh that’s saying something! The brisket taco and brisket sandwich were both 12/10!!! A must stop for any BBQ lover. And get the banana pudding and/or cobbler! Trust me.

This is some of the best BBQ around. Really is melt in your mouth delicious! Came here after they showed up on elder eats and man it did not disappoint. It was neat seeing the pit master serving it up. He was friendly and welcoming. The burnt ends with a side of Mac and cheese were amazing! The facility is also awesome. Can’t wait to come back.

Schulze’s Pit Room is a gem in Seguin! My husband and I stopped in for lunch and had a great time. He had the brisket sandwich and I had the loaded BBQ baked potato with jalapeño cheddar sausage. Both dishes were outstanding. The aesthetic of the whole place is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely be back!

The food was very good. I had sliced brisket (moist and tender), sausage, green beans and loaded baked potato. It was a little costly, but well worth the price. There’s plenty of parking and lots of seating inside. They also have outside patio seating. What made this experience even more special is finding out that the owners of this location are related to the owners of the Schultz Bar B Que restaurant in Rosenberg. My home town and one of my “must go to” places when I’m there.
