Pretty terrible place. I thought I was going to get food poisoning, and the place was really dirty with garbage bags, carpet, and food all over the seats and places. Look at the photos. I’m surprised people come in here!!! The service was really fast since there was no line and I can see why. Get new management or change this to something else for the community. Got a burrito bowl for pick up that I requested to have extra fajitas veggies, extra lettuce, extra cheese, and extra black bean. Once I got to work and opened my bowl I realized they literally gave me light if not less than light of the items I requested to have extra of. My bowl was just practically rice. Tried to call the phone number to get a new order made and come pick it up but it directed me to some random worker who doesn’t even work at the store. all they could do for my is get a bogo bowl on my next purchase…

We ordered online and when we got the food it was stale and flavorless. We asked for a refund and they said we needed to go online to get a refund. The automated system does not process refunds and sends you in circles and there is no way to actually get the refund. It was $44 for a burrito, salad, 2 kids meals (the cheapest things on the menu) and some chips. You can get much better quality for similar price at an actual sit down restaurant with much better service. Strongly suggest going literally anywhere else for food.

Employees were pretty rude. Dine in tables were gross despite being stainless steel surfaces. Cleaned my own area just to sit. Burrito was a sloppy poorly rolled mess and I had to correct them in making my change during checkout which unfortunately screwed up my additional purchases I intended to make and the line was too long to want to get back into just for a drink and chips. Wouldn’t suggest this place unless youre starved.

Got a bowl here and it was made to perfection, couldn’t have asked for a more delicious bowl. As much hate as this place gets it’s not a bad place. People just like to write bad Reviews instead of good reviews because if it’s fine no one is going to write a review but if it’s bad obviously they are going to write one.

Worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. The service is horrible. The wait is always long. The people who work there are slow and always look like they’re under the influence. They have a horrible attitude and are argumentative. The soda machine never works. When i’ve gotten food to go they never follow the proportion quantity options. I paid for queso and they didn’t add that either. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here even if most convenient.
