The last several times I have been here I asked for the same thing never changes which is a Whopper with only tomato and onion only nothing else very simple very to-the-point how can you go wrong correct? Well they get it wrong all the time not only did I get it wrong but once again tonight I got an old stale burger that had nothing on it that I wanted but what they did have was only pickles okay so you tell me management tell me where you going right well I will tell you what you’re going wrong I will make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau because of this Burger King should be shut down!!!! And I’m not only saying that of course because of my complaint but this is been going on for way too long even during the pandemic we try to stay local and Keith all local businesses afloat and even then everything I gave you was old exercise to stop. Attention management attention corporate office attention anybody that will here come on my spending money keep a local business has been going at least serve a decent product

The food was godawful. Fries had no salt or flavor, whopper had no lettuce, mozzarella sticks were cold and weirdly solid, and the staff made me stand there and wait while they folded boxes or something in an empty restaurant. I don’t mind waiting at all, but it took 3 of you to fold them while i stood there and watched? The bathroom was passable so that’s the extra star.

Was ok. Did a mobile order and went inside to pickup. Took about 10 minutes to get food, not too bad. Some tables weren’t clean but the one we chose was. Wasn’t busy at all. Didn’t understand why they had 2 bathrooms and one was for employees only, so customers, man or woman had to wait for that one bathroom in the dining area when this employees only bathroom right next to it was vacant the whole time we were there. I remember not being able to wash up last time because of this sharing of one bathroom. Should be separate men/women bathrooms and employees should have their own in back. French fries were on the floor behind counter where they were bagging them for orders. They were just pushing them aside with there feet while dropping them. Not very clean with that respect. Last thing was little nat bugs kept flying around my food in dining area while I was trying to eat so that was annoying. I’ll avoid this location next time.

My daughter loves to get the soft serve cones sometimes when we get off the expressway and they always come out pretty hilarious, spiraled on top instead of smooshed/fluffed. No one has taught these poor kids how to do a cone in the two years I’ve been stopping here, but they’re always delicious and so are the onion rings lol.

Terrible service I wish I could give it no stars ! I waited 10 minutes with my screaming kids before someone even acknowledged me to take my order. The staff is so nasty arguing with each other in front of customers as well as cursing. The “manager” is the last thing a manager should be considering she was raising her voice & arguing with a customer as well. She clearly has no leadership skills to control her staff let alone give an appropriate example of how people should be treated. Definitely will never come back to this location. Corporate should look into who they hire

So can someone explain to me how a Big King in this Burger King is a Whopper Jr. If I go over in Babylon it’s a double Whopper. I think I got ripped off. I called the Burger King and the manager said well at this Burger King it’s a Whopper Junior. Except the picture is not a Whopper Jr. How you can have different items for an item on your menu that has a picture. Obviously I’m going to go where the price represents what you get.
