The crunchy taco shells are freshly made and pair well with the beef and chicken. Definitely a great place to go for lunch. Highly recommend it, I’m from California and will fly back to have more in the near future.

Every item on Noelle’s Crunch Tack Truck are fantastic! Brings me back to when we lived in Arizona and visited New Mexico. Hands down the BEST tacos and burritos that we have found in the area. Cannot be beat!

OMGOSH, Noelle!!!! I grew up in LA (CA), went to school in AZ, stationed in San Antonio and I LOVE tacos. Up until now, Tito’s Tacos in LA were the ones to beat, but you may have bumped them off first place. I’m addicted. You recommended we try one of each, and we were not disappointed and can’t decide which we liked better. Amazing! What you do with the tortilla is pure magic!

We got the chicken tacos, and they were AMAZING. Best tacos we’ve ever had — not just around here, but historically. Like, best tacos anywhere ever. Made fresh with crispy warm shells, and chicken was well-seasoned (but not too salty) and not dry. Toppings were fresh. Nothing against any Mexican restaurant in the area, but… we will only be going to Noelle’s Crunchy Tacos moving forward. Next time, we are going to try the burritos, because I’ve heard they’re delicious as well. I hope the menu never gets any bigger than it is — I love that she keeps the menu small so she can keep the quality high.
