ABSOLUTELY TERRRIBLE!!! The worst Papa John’s in the Wichita, KS area. You cannot order most items online. Even if you call, and someone actually answers the phone, your order will still be wrong. After waiting an hour for them to correct it, I cancelled my order as it was still not ready. I have tried to order from this location 3 times, a cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. This location couldn’t manage that. They also do not participate in any nation wide advertising campaign specials either. I’ve learned my lesson. Do not recommend. Avoid! Never again!

I didn’t think to ask his name. I’m sure his bosses can see who it was. This young man is on point and deserves a raise! He reps for your company!

I stood there trying to order a pizza this afternoon and they girl just glared at me and refused to help me. I smiled and said hi and she looked at me in the eye and just kept folding boxes. I love papa John’s pizza but customer service is so awful everytime.

My order didn’t go through and they were about to close but these guys went ahead and made my food anyways. I didn’t get any kind of attitude or sent away, even though I’m sure they were trying to clean up and go home. Food was great too.
