I received a pizza that literally had a slice from a different and smaller sized pizza! It’s like someone wanted a slice of it and instead of making a new pizza, they took a piece out of a smaller pizza and tried to make it look like it fit(clearly didn’t please see pics). I called the location immediately and they told me to contact the delivery service as it wasnt their problem. The entire order was burnt as well and some parts not edible. Will not be ordering Donatos again.

The window says under new management, but since then, they have messed up our order the last two times. My wife has gluten allergies, and instead of giving her cauliflower crust, they gave her regular thin crust. Not good.

Great pizza and it was even ordered last minute and on a holiday. The worker was fantastic and had a great attitude even though they are short staffed and it was last minute. Definitely loved the pizza! Give the dude at the register a raise

Ordered a pizza and it arrived 25 minutes after the 30-40 minute wait time. I called and talked to the manager Brian to see if it was on its way. He stated they were low on staff and I said I understood but a phone call would have been nice just to let me know. He then hung up the phone on me. I called back 4 times. He picked up and then hung up the phone immediately. The pizza finally arrived and the order wasn’t even corrected. I called again to ask for a refund and he hung up on me again. I then had to call to place an order so that it would be recorded and asked for the manager on the line. He finally talked to me and I told him what had happened with the order being messed up. It seems to me that a manager should have a little bit more respect for customers. Donatoes is better than this.

Best thin crust pizza there is… The pepperoni zinger is my favorite! Sure, they have other stuff on the menu but how can you go to Donatos and NOT get pizza? Everything else is just gravy…

After arriving at the time I was told my pizza would be done, I was informed that I was 27 minutes early. I was told I can’t expect to get my pizza at the time I was told because it was a Friday or Saturday night, and it seems the restaurant accepts zero responsibility for the Donatos call center straight up lying to their customers. Apparently it’s MY fault for showing up when I was told the pizza was done. I will NEVER be going back. So keep in mind if you ever order here, which I do not recommend, you will have no idea when to actually pick up your pizza. And it will be your fault if you guess wrong.

I drive farther to get to this Donatos since service is generally terrible at all Donatos. My suggestion is that Donatos leadership order from Domino’s to learn about service. I still get pizza at Donatos as I purchased several “charity” discount cards. They never work on-line so I have to present the coupon live. Ridiculous. This experience at this store was the best in years. Congrats to the manager.

Delivery driver shows up with half of the order. Called the restaurant and spoke to Brian, must have been the manager because he was able to offer credit. Never apologized and hung up without settling the issue. Will never order from this establishment ever again.
