The food is excellent and tastes fresh. The service is lovely, the ones that work the counter are patient as you decide what to order, everyone has a positive and helpful attitude, and they make sure to help everyone that comes inside efficiently and with a smile. The only drawback to this Nation’s is the area. Because of the epidemic of homeless in Fairfield there are a lot of wanderers and crazies around. If the city did something about them this place would probably get a lot more traffic at night.

I tried a bacon breakfast burrito. It was okay. A coworker & I went there for lunch. We both ordered a large fountain drink. But neither of us was given a drink cup upon ordering. I went up to ask for our drink cups after the fact. I was given one. Then I asked again for the other cup. I got a weird look from a different employee. Like I was trying to get over on them on something. But I was finally able to get both cups.

The employee Shira was so unprofessional and rude. My order was wrong and incomplete. She began raising her voice, when I returned and asked to speak to the manager. She needs to be fired. The two other employees were professional. They de-escalated the situation, and corrected their mistakes. The two ladies were problem-solvers and need to be commended for their customer service.

The staff is nice. I always forget to tell them light mayo. Sometimes they over due it. I’ve only had their burgers, pies, chili cheese fries. All so good. Pies are their best sellers so if you love pie, try it!!

I asked for extra lettuce and they thought I ment onion I guess, also when I ordered my cheese burger they thought I wanted a chilli burger and I had to confront them about the price I was paying. They just have a language barrier at this establishment. I could understand If they just came here but if you have been working there for a while you should know what the words on the menu sound like is all. You also shouldnt spite your customers because we can do this so I hope you enjoy your extra onions.
