The service was great this morning even though the scanners at the registers were not working. Christian was so friendly, considerate, and funny throughout the visit and didn’t let the items that weren’t working get him down. Not to mention he made me what was certainly the tastiest drink I’ve ever had from Dunkin`. Christian is definitely a great employee and someone you should keep around as long as possible!

Tried to order at drive thru today at 6 pm. No one answered for more than 5 minutes. As I was leaving, both employees were sitting at the tables out front vaping and chilling. We asked if they were working and just laughed. Another customer came up complaining as they were inside waiting.

My niece has been begging me to take her here for a week and I finally gave in and I regret it so much.. the first few things I noticed when I walked in was how dirty it was, no trash bin, and employee belongings all over a table. We placed our order with the woman at the front who seemed to be the only professional one. The drinks were ok, I’ve had better but the food wasn’t cooked all the way and very cold. Two employees weren’t even in a uniform, one was making drinks with cheetah biker shorts and bubble slides on and was using her sleeves to handle the drinks while making them and kept a personal drink with no lid right by the drink station. Very unorganized and kept yelling about stuff they didn’t have and needed. I’m assuming it was the manager who went to the bathroom for the entire time we were there, while her employees were dealing with a whole rush. I’ve been in restaurant management for few years now and this was just sorry.. maybe i came in on bad day but I highly doubt it

I’m a regular at this location. I eat there every morning 3 to 4 times a week. Today, I ordered 2 slices of Avacado TOAST. It was terrible! The bread was not toasted and very cold, almost as if they had just pulled it from the cooler. The bread was very tough. There is no consistency with the food or customer service. The employees are never smiling and make me feel like I’m bothering them. With the increase on food, my money should be valued. Now I’m at work with no breakfast.
