This restaurant will close early with no regards to business they have currently conducted or what their posted hours are. I arrived Tuesday April 4th at 9:36 pm to pick up an order for an Uber delivery and the doors were locked and the drive thru blocked by a chair.

The big fat manager comes out from the shadows with his shirt all greased up & an IV attached on his hand . That right there was so disgusting. We ask for a 16 PC & he was being so lazy that he said if a 10 PC was fine instead. We then rejected him because the KFC place & also him looked so disgusting. I felt if I did go through with it. He would of made the food with his dirty bloody IV Hands with no gloves. DO NOT COME HERE Only if they dared you!

Went in to grab a bite to eat. As my spouse and I went up to order an employee in a red shirt just said “No”. We both laughed as we could tell that the employee was (hopefully?) trying to just be funny. They then stated they’re done for the day, which felt like oversharing, we tried to joke that yeah we were ready to relax for the day too and hopefully trying to cue that this bit was getting dragged on too long. The employee then didn’t seem to grasp that cue and doubled down saying “oh yeah? How many hours did you work today? Did you go to church?” And some other odd questions. At that point I just said “okay, this is getting a bit weird, can we just order our food?” This employee had also attracted the attention of their coworkers who were also like “let’s just let them order”.

We mobile ordered from this location around 5pm on June 27th. We received the notification saying our order was ready so we headed out to pick it up. Upon arriving there was a note on the door saying the lobby was closed and to use the drive thru. We pulled through the drive thru and were told that they were closed and couldn’t give us our food and that our mobile order was the reason they had to close early (We ordered chicken sandwiches, fries, and coleslaw. Nothing complicated or weird. It made absolutely no sense, and they were rude about it. ). When we asked about a refund they told us they couldn’t cancel our order, and that we needed to call the number in the app to get a refund. No one ever answered the number they told us to call. What a joke. I’ve heard nothing but terrible things about this location. I should have listened.

The drive thru had a sign blocking it. I had to go inside which was inconvenient. It was mid afternoon so I expected to order quickly and be on my way. Three male staff stood at the counter and they said they were in training and that is why the drive thru was blocked. Another female employee stood off to the side. A manager then arrived on the scene as well. He said that he hurt his hand and that is why the drive thru was closed. Five people stood in front of me. I had a very simple menu question about the contents of an indiviual meal box. I could not get a definitive answer. To be honest, it was like I was being discouraged to even order at all and they didn’t want to prepare an order. It was very odd. By this time, I could see that I was not going to be able to order due to the lack of efficiency. I left without ordering.
