Stopped there at the plaza on the Mass Pike as I always do on my truck route I eat there religiously. At 8:56 pm as I know they close at 9, there were 3 slices of pizza left…perfect but the refused to serve me sayi g they were closed. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE ANYMORE THEY LOST A GREAT CUSTOMER!

This and Waltham are my favorite papa ginos!! i started driving an extra 20min here because Jay makes THE BEST PIZZA! hes truly a master of his craft but also just a very friendly and personable guy. he always welcomes us with a BIG smile and hello to my whole family. my kids love jay. he truly is the best and the reason ill drive the extra distance sometimes for our food! thanks for hiring jay!

Only for store owner. Customer service has been 0000. Who keep hiring unprofessional, untrained, unexperienced, unfamiliar people on your store. A girl work as a cashier on your store she refused to take my order because I reach there 7:20pm she said we are closed all ready. Store closes at 7:30 on Wednesday. Why she telling me this. If she keep doing this one day store gonna be close. I pray to God store will close soon forever. Fire first manager because bad management.
