It’s rare that Taco Bell aligns with good food, good service and order accuracy. So far, this location has done very well all on 2 of the 3 (I checked my order at the window and found they had forgotten the cinnamon twists at first – always check before you leave ). All of the food was fresh and tasty. The staff member at the window was very nice. Overall, I was happy and my Taco Bell craving was satisfied

I had a mobile drive thru order. When I got to the drive thru window the cashier told me to pull around front to receive my order. As I sat out front of the store I continued to watch cars go thru the drive thru & pickup THEIR orders and drive off. After about 15 minutes of waiting outside I decided to check my order in the Store. There was approximately 7+ Employees making food for drive thru orders and ALL of them including the Manager/Shift leader who was in the back of the store. I finally had to shout out to the drive thru cashier asking for my order! At that time it was evidently sitting at the Drive Thru window getting Cold! One of the employees heard me and came to the counter along with the manager to ask what I needed! I told them I had been waiting for over 15-20 minutes for my order and that I wanted to know why It was taking so long and that other Drive Thru orders we seamlessly gettinthere orders and driving off. The ANSWER I got was that the Drive Thru cashier was “TOO BUSY” taking orders to bring my food out to me. Truly Unbelievable! The Female Manager was NO HELP at all. She should have been watching the orders and make sure my order got to me quickly. This is Absolutely the Worst Experience I have had in over 50 Years of going to Taco Bell!

When we walked in, there were 3 cars in the drive through and one person waiting for food. We ordered at the kiosk when we arrived, and requested mild sauce with our order. After a nearly 15 minute wait, we didn’t get any sauce. When we asked, other customers who came in after us pointed to a holder near the beverage fountain, but it was only fire…so we tried to get the attention of one of the workers. All of them completely ignored us. Completely. This is the second time I’ve been to this location, and I believe the last. It’s incredibly dehumanizing to be completely ignored. Other customers were having the same experience.

When we went through the drive-thru we were half way through ordering a large order when they suddenly said they were out of beef. That’s 90% of their menu. We did receive the food quick, but upon checking the bag, we were missing items. When we went inside to get the items we were ignored while we witnessed employees cussing and being belligerent in the back, one employee being very unprofessional with 9 door dashers waiting, and multiple customers coming in to complain about their food. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell, but this was the worst experience we have ever had with fast food.

It seems like every other time I go to this specific Taco Bell they are out of beef… why is a Taco Bell running out of ground beef this often. The managers on duty also have 0 sense for customer service and could care less about their mobile order customers. Do better.

Was just there and I’m not sure of the drive through persons name, But I believe they had glasses and a blue or green color in their hair. Anyways point is, we came inside to order to go and it got hectic, busy, and people aren’t always the nicest and this person kept their cool. I could sense frustration but in the rush and pressure of it all, they held their composure and did an amazing job of communicating with all parties. We had a large family order and every item was on point. I just wanted to at least write a review in the event this person thought no one noticed. I did!!!! My family is grateful and The food was delicious. Shout out to this person and the team that backed them. Great service guys!

I’ve been to this location several times but haven’t actually rated until now. Every experience has been similarly bad though. Tonight we were coming back from an event in Denver and that was the only open location on our way home. We tried to order on the app but kept getting error messages then when we got there we were told there would be a 40 minute wait! In the drive through! Luckily nobody was behind me so we backed out or we would have been trapped.. then what?? Ha ha!

went in to get what I always do 12 taco pack, 6 crunchy 6 soft with lettuce on side. first they kept trying to tell me use the kiosk when you cant do it on it after waiting for some help he told me we cant put lettuce on side which for majority of my life no one has ever said that from there he tried to charge me for extra lettuce. horrible place also had my buddy in there ask for tops because they were out they just threw a stack on the counter instead of handing one or refilling the station also they wernt even busy.
