I bought some croissant for my lunch. I don’t know what he’s name he looks a little old guy than other employee. Anyway when I got the croissant was very hard and cold, I like mine to be soft and warm. So I Asked him to warm it up. He gave me the facial expression with OMG mouth without saying that word, and he didn’t want to do it. ‍♀️ the other employee who was next to him, did it for me. I Am appreciate to him, not the other guy. The way of he reacted was very rude. And I don’t know what he will do my food.

This review has nothing to do with any of the workers or the service what’s so ever… but the quality of the drinks have been rancid recently and to put it frankly, undrinkable. Not sure if it’s the people making them or the quality that Dunkin is providing them with but it must be looked into.

Now that Starbucks is gone and the town council blocked another one from opening, this is the only option for a coffee shop in downtown Livingston. Outside seating by a busy road is not pleasant. They should try setting up outdoor seating in the back.

PROS: This Dunkin was very spacious compared to other Dunkins. The staff is nice, they actually clean the sitting area, they have cushioned chairs in the corner and they have tons of parking

Their staff has improved a lot. Some of the staff that aren’t great are still here so you can still get stuck with a bad experience. It used to always be kind of a headache getting anything slightly complicated here. That’s gotten a lot better
