I visited this restaurant 2 times and had great experiences at this location. The staff were very nice and the patrons will speak with you while dining in at this restaurant. My chicken was hot, the biscuit as well. They did not have Sprite, but I did enjoy my Sierra Mist. Thank you Bojangles

Normally, my experience with this Bojangles is relatively good, but when I stopped around 250 this afternoon to get my lunch and her, the girl who is running the window, her name tag had the name, Emma, she was making fun of another girl. It just made me sick to my stomach, nowadays, you can’t hire a good help I wish that the employees would respect one another. But I don’t think I’m coming back to this one not if they have someone like her working there.

Went for some coffee and cinnamon twist for breakfast, when I drive off and started to drink coffee and eat, both were extremely cold, I called the manager and he apologized and said I could return and get my money back, I explained I was driving out of town and would not be back til afternoon, he said that was fine, brought back the coffee, cinnamon twist and my receipt to drive thru, at this point it was a female manager, I explained the situation and she loudly and rudely said I should have come back when the other manager was there…the bill was $4.04, she told me she would not give me a refund and took the food and receipt and threw it away, I refused to leave without at least getting my receipt back, she called the other manager and told me to pull up, I explained that my car had been running hot but she didn’t care, everyone was so rude I actually started videoing just in case, it took 9 more minutes for her to refund the money, the whole process lasted about 15 minutes when she finally came back with my money and said have a blessed day, well I won’t ever go back, she tried to be intimidating until she saw I was recording

We there tonight on Vernon Ave around 8:25. Ordered 2 piece white with pintos and dirty rice. Asked for fresh chicken. They told me 12 min wait. My twelve min wait turned into an 18 min wait. Then when I get home to eat my food. My rice looked and taste like mush. Pinto beans all dried. Meal cost me almost $8. This is uncalled for. If I didn’t live 7 miles away. I would have taken it back. And asked for a refund.
