Overpriced (in my opinion). The limoncello cake was the best thing I ordered (very small portion, however). The mussels were fine (didn’t come with any grilled bread/toast though). The spaghetti alla gricia was good. Outdoor dining available!

One of those situations where the food is so good it’s almost confusing, and you have to try very hard to not say something super weird while trying to express to the waitress how good it is.

Tre Scalini is GREAT. As someone who used to live in Italy, I don’t really like going to Italian restaurants, but I’d heard good things about Tre Scalini and wanted to give it a try. It’s a quaint BYOB and mamma mia, does it deliver on the food! We had 2 appetizers: the barbecued octopus and the pear with gorgonzola and they were both fantastic. I then had the rigatoni alla norma which had an amazingly well-flavored sauce, and my fiance had one of the specials that night, which was a seafood cannelloni– it was also great, but I was happy to like my chosen dish even more.

Tres Scalini is such a warm and inviting place. You are greeted with a dimly light room and aromas of truffle filling the air. The service was equally welcoming and I was honestly STUFFED at the end with just an appetizer and main. Plus, we got to bring our own special wine to complete the meal. Would recommend as a great date night location.

Hidden gem of Bethlehem for sure. Unassuming and very great location. Reservations are almost a must due to the nature of their setup and quaint dining experience. Food and portions are just right for their price point ($25 +/-) and it’s byob so don’t forget the wine.

Tre Scalini Ristorante is a great place to go and enjoy great food and service. You can take your family or just you and your loved one. It is a very intimate setting. I like that their menu is not a book with to many selections. You will enjoy every bite of your meal. Here are some pictures of their great food.

All the food was very good. The truffle appetizer was amazing. Service was prompt and attentive. Atmosphere was mostly good, my noise level was borderline disruptive.
