Most ghetto customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a breakfast burrito (chorizo) to go. Got home started eating it and got a full bite of cheese. I opened it and it was a cheese burrito… with chorizo. There was more cheese then chorizo. I called them and told them the issue. The guy proceed to call me a liar and said they don’t put that much cheese I told him I’d like to come in and show him and he got more aggressive saying they can’t do anything. He was being really rude so I asked him what his name was and he said for what why do you need to know? And hung up. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Placed a called order of 4 carne asada tacos, I showed up 10 minutes later, and my order was still being made, waited 10 more minutes, and sadly, my tacos were cold, asada was cold and tasteless, corn tortillas were cold and broke and fell apart when I picked them up. I don’t recommend it. Paid $22.00. Very disappointing. Like the other reviewer stated….”If I could place zeroes,” yes, I wish I could.

Good food. Ordered from here many times. The last time I ordered online, I showed up 30 minutes later at 8:30am and the door was locked. Waited, called, no answer. When I finally talked to them they blamed me because they were late opening. I asked for a refund and they denied me. They didn’t offer to remake the order either. Last time I go there. Pretty disappointed

A good mom and pop restaurant. Small, but most good ones are. The service was friendly and prompt, and the salsas were very good. While the food portions were good, and well prepared, it lacked flavor. Mexican food is flavorful, using spices and chilies, not bland.

Looked at the menu and wanted Carne Asada fries and they had like 3 different kinds. So I ordered Carne Asada fries, thinking of Alfonso’s in Winslow. I asked for the guacamole to be on the side and when my order was ready, both had guacamole on them. So I asked if they could redo my order and looked as if the employee was upset when I already told him to put it on the side the first time. So they fixed it, but I tell you, the portion is small for almost $12.00. Winslow’s Alfonso’s knows how to keep their customers happy!! Their fries are bigger in portions, and it fills the box to the top. These fries were skimpy and hardly any Carne Asada in it. Not going back to this place plus it expensive for the size. Sorry I wasn’t satisfied with my order. Kids didn’t waste it tho. Lol.

I order food quite often from here,and am very picky with it..that said, I’ve had a cpl of times in the past where the food wasn’t quite right,not bad just a little off (i hate cold lettuce on hot tacos ) but the last several months they have been perfectly following my instructions. To the degree that it’s become 1 of the only places in town that I’ll use Uber Eats for. Very good food,quick,& consistent.

Would do no star if I could, place is very unprofessional, ordered and paid 7$ for delivery and waited an hour to find out that they didn’t have a driver and had to go pick it up ourselves, wouldn’t refund the delivery fee, food was barely warm when we got it and food didn’t even look that appetizing, never ordering here again and wouldn’t recommend
