As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The area was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The wait time was minimal. I would have given 5 stars. But it was boiling hot outside and the shake machine was not working . I settled for a soft drink instead and went to McDonald’s across the street. Unfortunately they’re ice cream machine was not working. I went home slightly disappointed.

What can I say: I don’t care at all for Rally’s. There are few burger chains whose food isn’t better. And I, for one, absolutely hate the drive thru. Modeling the whole business around a drive thru carry out experience, therefore, is a big turn off for me.
